Created for the 2019 Otherships jam, The Customer Is, Without Exception, Incorrect is a tabletop roleplaying game about work friendships, where you play the part of either irate customers, or normal people bonding over their mutual hatred of capitalism.
This is a 2-page RPG: the first page provides the core game rules while the second offers optional random tables. The cover art is "The Prince Inquires", an illustration by Charles Perrault sourced from OldBookIllustrations.com (dated 1922).
