Version 2.0: sound, music and dialogue improvements

Green Thread of Fate was originally created for Rainbow Jam 2019, though it was submitted late. This new version adds sound and music and makes various improvements to dialogue and transitions throughout the game. With these updates in place, I see it as a complete game, and as a result, I have shifted the price from free/PWYW to a $10 minimum.
